Refund Policy

 

If you are not happy with our service for any reason you may request a pro-rata refund by sending an email from the account's primary or alternate email to refunds@PositiveTerritory.com.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card or PayPal account that made payment for your subscription. The refund will be prorated based on the number of unused whole months.

Refunds may not be made for introductory or promotional accounts. We may send an email requesting confirmation of a request for refund prior to processing your refund. Once a refund is processed the account is closed.
